Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your internet service you will need to contact our customer service department by email at support@nationalwi-fi.com or our helpdesk website
to initiate a cancellation. You will be required to provide your
account information for verification and the date you wish to cancel
your service.
Cancellation Details:
- Cancellation requests made within the current billing cycle will be processed within 1 business day. The service charges will be prorated at the time of cancellation, and if there is a refund applicable, it will be returned within 3-5 business days.
- If you wish to cancel services for future billing cycles, please make sure to request cancellation at least 5 business days before the start of the next billing cycle.
Please be aware that any fees or charges incurred during the cancellation notice period will be billed to the account holder. Additionally, if you cancel your service before the end of your contract, early termination fees may apply.
