Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be made via email and submitted to support@nationalwi-fi.com or by using our ticket system (Click Here)
For newly installed internet
All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service activation and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
For service outages
Conditions for Issuing Credits: National Wi-Fi will issue credits to customers when certain conditions are met. These conditions include specific types of service disruptions such as fiber cuts and internal software issues that cause the internet service to be disrupted.
Widespread Outage Declaration: National Wi-Fi will declare an outage as "widespread" based on predefined criteria. This will involve assessing the extent of the outage across our network and possibly geographic regions.
Minimum Duration for Credits: Credits will only be issued if the outage surpasses a duration of 12 hours.
Credit Calculation: The credit amount will be equal to the cost of internet service for each affected day according to the customer's service plan.
